Here's a WIP of the crime scene (indoor view). Ran into a snag when I noticed the floor material was scaled 5x in Unity instead of on the original FBX UVs itself. Currently working around a way to scale the material in Maya to make them the same as in-engine. This'll allow me have the metal cross beams in the floor texture be torn up (and lined up correctly with the texture) as if they pulled off the concrete after the explosion.

    Nice I like it.
hmm on the cross beam thing, thats not set in stone yet, as far as the uv scale for the floor tiles its close, worse case scenario is I adjust the placement of your bits after its finalized.

Here's a paintover of the small items I will be omitting. This'll at least reduce the scope of the asset a bit.

Update, everything is now UV'd and textured. Currently polishing up the scorch mark around the hole and the floor.

Next update, now in Unity. All that's needed to implement this is to delete the floor and wall triangles from the environment and this prop will plug right in.
